Bill Prankard is a man with a burning vision for revival. In 1972, while pastoring a small Pentecostal Church in Beachburg, Ontario, Canada, he had a life-changing encounter with the Holy Spirit, through Kathryn Kuhlman's ministry, that launched him into international healing and evangelism ministry. Thousands of people have received outstanding physical miracles and spiritual transformations as he crosses denominational lines and carries the full Gospel message, “in demonstration of the Spirit and power.”
The scripture that has been the driving vision of his ministry is Canada’s motto, Psalm 72:8 - “He shall have dominion from sea to sea, and from the river to the ends of the earth.” During four decades of faithful ministry he and his wife, Gwen, have traveled “from sea to sea” in Canada and internationally in healing evangelism ministry. He has established and pastored several churches, hosted weekly and daily television ministry, and authored several books and publications. They do “Extreme Mission” outreaches and projects at “the ends of the earth” – in both the Canadian and Russian Arctic, often taking the message of Jesus to remote regions that have never heard the Gospel.
As senior pastors of Dominion Outreach Centre, a thriving Spirit-led congregation in Ottawa, Canada, the Prankards are mentoring and equipping believers to rise up in the Spirit’s anointing to bring in the last days’ harvest.
Dick and Joan have served in ministry for 27 years. For 13 years, they pastored a thriving local church in Lethbridge, AB, seeing it grow to over 1100 attenders.
While pastoring this church, the Deweert's opened the way for Christian broadcasting in Canada and then in 1995 received the first Christian broadcast license in Canada for The Miracle Channel. Over the next five years they expanded the station across Canada and internationally.
In 2007, Dick resigned his position at TMC to attend to a personal crisis. They have reemerged stronger than before and are giving leadership to Unite For Dominion, a ministry that uses the internet and conferences to impact this nation and beyond with spiritual transformation.
Rev. Francis & Rev. Edith Armstrong are the Senior and Founding pastors of Third Day Worship Centre in Kingston, Ontario. In every church they have pastored there has been consistent growth and outpourings of God’s manifest presence through salvation, healings and deliverances – all being to the glory of God.
In 1994, God placed a call within Pastor Armstrong’s heart to “Raise the Standard” of God in Canada. Pastor Edith is a mighty prayer warrior who moves in a powerful prophetic gifting. She leads the Intercessory Prayer Ministry and is also used by God in the area of deliverance and inner healing.
